You pay for the space your junk takes in the truck. The price is locked on site before we lift, and it's the price you pay.

What moves the price
Four honest factors, all told to you before we start. Nothing gets added after the truck is loaded.
- Volume
- How much of the truck your junk fills. This is most of the price.
- Heavy items
- Pianos, concrete and similar can add to the price because of weight and disposal cost.
- Access
- Third-floor walk-ups, long carries, or tight gates take more time, and we'll say so up front.
- Special handling
- Items that need to be taken apart or cut down first, like playsets or sheds.
From photo to locked price
1. Send photos
Text them to (972) 885-9155 or add them to the form. Include anything about access: stairs, gates, how far from the driveway.
2. Get a range
During business hours we reply with a price range and the next available two-hour window.
3. Lock it on site
When we arrive, we look at the load and give you one firm price before lifting anything. Say yes and it's locked. Say no and you owe nothing.
4. We haul, sweep and sort
We carry it all out, sweep up, and donate and recycle before anything goes to a landfill.

Why don't you list exact prices?
Because two “half loads” can be very different jobs. A photo gets you a range fast, and the firm price is set on site before we lift, so you never pay for a guess.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
We can give a range from a description, and a tighter one from photos. The firm, locked price comes when we see the load in person.
What if the job turns out bigger than the photos?
We tell you on site, before loading, and you decide. Once you agree to the price, it's locked.
Is there a minimum charge?
Small jobs are priced as a single item. Ask us for the current minimum when you book.
How do I pay?
Ask when you book and we'll confirm payment options for your job.
Do you charge for disposal separately?
No. Loading, hauling, disposal fees, donation and recycling runs, and sweep-up are included in the price.
